Adjusted Lockdown Level 1

On the 31^st of December 2021, our presidency announced new adjusted lockdown level 1 guidelines which include the lifting of curfew. Our Call Centre and Customer Service Centres within the shopping malls and Satellite Centres located along the Gauteng e-roads remain open and fully operational to attend to all your Customer Service-related matters.

Trading hours are as follows:

Call Centres: 6am-10pm
Satellite Centres: 6am-10pm
Customer Service Centres in the shopping malls will operate according to the specific Shopping Centre trading hours.

All sites are open seven (7) days per week.

Your health and that of our staff remain important to us. We are committed to adhere to the strict measures advised by the South African government.

Our Customer Service Centres are disinfected regularly, daily temperature testing is conducted when staff arrive at work, all employees wear face masks and maintain stringent hygiene and sanitising protocols.

Mandatory wearing of masks by all Customers are required when entering all Customer Service Centres. The use of the hand sanitizer provided and adherence to social distancing is compulsory.

At a Customer Service Centre, located at a mall or along the Gauteng e-roads (click here for locations).

Online, at http://www.sanral.co.za/e-toll and opt to pick up your e-tag at your nearest Customer Service Centre or you can opt for the e-tag to be delivered to you at a cost of R60.00 which will be debited from your registered SANRAL Account.

By phoning the Call Centre on 0800 726 725 between 6am-10pm, 7 days a week and opt to pick up your e-tag at your nearest Customer Service Centre or you can opt for the e-tag to be delivered to you at a cost of R60.00 which will be debited from your registered SANRAL account.

At selected Mainline Toll Plazas across South Africa.

Via the SANRAL Mobile App (This can be downloaded from your Android, IOS or Huawei).

SMS your Vehicle Licence Plate Number to 44004 (our Call Centre will phone back to complete your registration).

By scanning the QR barcode as illustrated below and completing your pre-registration through our mobi-site (our Call Centre will phone back to complete your registration).

When registering a SANRAL Account please have the following on hand:

Valid ID/Passport.

Physical or Postal address.

Contact details: cell phone, landline and/or email address.

Account payment details: You can opt for a manual top-up option or link your account to an automatic top-up method.

Vehicle licence plate number.

Make and model of your vehicle.

If you have a tag you need to link the tag to your SANRAL Account, by providing the following information:

	Tag barcode number (located on the side of the tag).
	Customer Account identification number (printed on your Customer Account ID card).
