A non-registered road user has a grace period of 7 days to pay for their e-toll transactions by:

	Registering a SANRAL Account (Click Here).
	Visiting a Customer Service Centre (Click here for locations).
	Via the SANRAL Mobile App (This can be downloaded from your Android, IOS or Huawei).

Should a non registered road user wish to register a SANRAL account,they can register using the below channels:

	At a Customer Service Centre located at a mall or along the Gauteng e-road (Click here for locations).
	By calling the Call Centre on 0800 726 725.
	Online, at http://www.sanral.co.za/e-toll.

Non South African Vehicles

To obtain outstanding e-toll amounts for vehicles that do not have a South African Licence Plate Number:

	By calling the Call centre on 0800 726 725.
	E-mail, info@sa-etoll.co.za.
	At a Customer Service Centre, located at a mall or along the Gauteng e-roads (Click here for locations).

Proof of identification and ownership will be required.

Important to note: A road user who chooses not to register a SANRAL Account and wants to pay their e-toll fees, has to pay within the grace periodThe Grace Period is the time frame which a road user has in which to pay their outstanding fees.

The Grace Period is 7 days from the time of your transaction is classified as an Alternate UserAn alternate user is a user who does not qualify for any discounts at the time of an e-toll transaction and will pay standard e-toll tarrif rates.

An alternate user is identified at the time of the e-toll transaction by an e-tag or VLN or by both where applicable..
